Our Paleo 3 day meal plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value. 

Paleo Menu for the Week of October 24th, 2021

Breakfast

  • Paleo Sweet Potato, Apple & Pork Sausage Hash, Egg Over Easy
  • Roasted sweet potatoes, organic Granny Smith apples, pastured pork sausage, onions, herbs and spices, topped with a pasture-raised egg fried in coconut oil. (367 calories, 23 protein, 14g fat, 37g carbs)

  • Paleo Caramel Apple Pancakes
  • Fluffy Paleo cinnamon pancakes made with organic coconut flour and topped with caramel apple compote. Served with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)

  • Denver Scramble with Sweet Potato Hash Browns 
  • Canadian bacon, bell peppers and red onion & organic eggs. Served with sweet potato hash browns. (392 calories, 32g protein, 16g fat, 30g carbs)

    Lunch

  • Paleo Beef Burger with Almond Flour Bun, Grilled Onions, Spinach & Chipotle Mayo
  • Grass-fed beef burger, topped with caramelized onions and chipotle mayo. Served on a bed of organic spinach with almond flour bun (396 calories, 37g protein, 24g fat, 8g carbs)

  • Paleo Chicken Poblano Chili
  • Roasted organic chicken simmered with roasted poblano peppers, tomatillos, coconut cream, garlic, bone broth, pumpkin seeds, green onions and fresh cilantro. Served with roasted zucchini  (387 calories, 48g protein, 9g fat, 30g carbs)

  • Paleo Spicy Korean Pork Tacos

  • Paleo Orange Beef with Cabbage Stir Fry
