Our Paleo 3 Day Meal Plan consists of a full 3-day menu, of 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. Please note that we cannot accommodate substitutions of ingredients, but can only substitute entire dish for another of equal value.

  • Fluffy Paleo cinnamon pancakes made with organic coconut flour and topped with caramel apple compote. Served with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and organic maple syrup. (326 calories, 32g protein, 9g fat, 27g carbs)
