We offer several specialized meal plans that follow a whole foods based, dietitian approved approach. Each meal plan follows strict portion-controlled macronutrient guidelines. The meals are 100% guaranteed to follow the below guidelines:

THE PALEO MEAL PLAN

Also called the “caveman diet’, the Paleo diet focuses on minimally processed,
nutrient dense whole foods. Processed sugar, dairy, grains, legumes and all food additives are eliminated. Lean grass-fed meats, pasture raised eggs, organic vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit are the star of the show. Our Paleo meals are high protein with a healthy balance of carbs from starchy vegetables. This meal plan is also 100% gluten free. Suitable for athletes fueling for a great workout or anyone
looking for an easy place to get started with our program.

THE KETOGENIC MEAL PLAN

Ketosis is a metabolic state in which the body burns fat for fuel. Great for accelerated weight
loss, balancing hormones, managing insulin resistance and reducing inflammation, the Keto
Diet continues to be one of the biggest diet trends to date due to it’s high success rate. Our
ketogenic meals are carefully crafted to maintain a state of nutritional ketosis, with strict
micronutrient portions that limit daily carbohydrate intake to 20 grams or less of net carbohydrates per
day. Dairy-free and nut-free options are also available weekly.

THE PLANT BASED MEAL PLAN

Aplant based diet is rich in vitamins, minerals and fights inflammation. Our plant based
meals follow the same whole foods approach we are known for, with the addition of
legumes and gluten-free grains. If you've struggled maintaining a vegan diet in the past, try
these meals! Our plant based meals are always gluten-free, soy-free and contain no corn or
peanuts. Ditch the processed ingredients found in so many prepackaged vegan
convenience foods. This is so much better for you, and tastes better, too!
